The parables told by Jesus

Jesus told many parables - stories with a meaning. Here is a list showing which of the gospels (Matthew, Mark and Luke) they occur in.

John's Gospel, written much later than the other three, does not contain any parables! John, who was the disciple that "Jesus loved" wrote about what Jesus said, His sermons and how Jesus was God on earth.
